Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure I can best serve all guests, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. If something arises, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you. As a small business owner, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on my schedule and ability to serve other guests.
